There were people outside in the parking lot doing drugs. My husband and I went into the hotel with our 2 year old, where there was a man sitting on the couch smoking marijuana. We were ignored by the person working there so we decided our health and safety was more important and we walked out. There was a man standing looking in our car that was filled with our suitcases who was also smoking marijuana. He stepped back when my husband made eye contact with him, then we left without staying.

Great central location to many food stores and shopping centers. Reasonable for walking. Very good mini fridge with adjustable cooling temperatures. Clean in room microwave. Personal coffee display in room was great. TV worked well and had cable. Water temperature in shower and sink was great. Workable iron and ironing board.
Incompetent cleaning staff. Forgot to clean my room or disregarded it. Elevator was slow. Breakfast area trash was overflowing and the microphone was left nasty and unclean. Couldn’t heat up any food. Also the ice machines were out of order indefinitely. Bed sheets and pillow cases were off white and dingy. I had to walk into the laundry room with hotel staff to show them the replacement cover top I needed. The blanket had holes in it from potentially someone smoking in the past. Also that comforter was off white and dingy. Room drawers were dusty and a lil dirty. Not feasible for putting clothes away.

Room was clean and comfortable but the whole hotel smelled of strong cleaning chemicals even the room
Rats outside the building and strong chemical smell from cleaning as soon as you walk in the hotel and through out it as well.
