elevators were not working and the expectation was to walk 5 flights with luggage to my room
When asked if the elevators would be working the following day, I was told they would be out for a week.
I quickly shortened my stay and went to another hotel. This should have been communicated on the site prior to booking

The elevator was out of order and I was traveling with a 94 year old and an 84 year old. They wanted to put us on the second floor. I had to cancel and I am hoping Booking.com does not charge me for the rooms. The location is also noisy with major road noise and behind a gas station. A lot of people were going in and out and some looked homeless.
