The available hot water.
The horrible customer service, the pool was closed which I wasn’t aware of until after paying, I had to request a new room multiple times, the towels were stained and the incredibly strong marijuana smell.

Honestly nothing but the location
No towels or washcloths to accommodate guests we were told they would be available after our check out time. Room had ants and needed a deep clean before we could settle in

Price and location
It was very dirty from the lobby to the room. Unpleasant odors and very unkempt. The bathroom in our room was filthy anc smelled like an ashtray

They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of 5. They refused to give more than 3 without swapping them out
