Nothing honestly
Well, the front desk recipient, and the evening was very stiff and cold not to mention the lobby was being worked on and looked like it was under construction with a yellow tape everywhere which was very tacky. The coffee was taken throughout the middle of the night, which is also weird because hotels usually leave coffee available day and night, so it was really a cheap experience and I could tell by the location that it was a waste of money.

Everything was poor. Bed was ruffled, the towels were dirty with hair on them, hallways were smelly. And littered with trash. Breakfast was subpar. I had to check out next morning to take a bath at another hotel. The hotel is a ripoff for $179/ night.

I really didn’t like it, it wasn’t very clean and they always ran out of food for breakfast
The pool wasn’t ready when it was time to open. And breakfast was horrible. Showers was dirty and sheet sets on the bed was dirty. I had to bring my own.

The breakfast bar was convenient
The room was not very clean. Stained sheets, poor sweeping and mopping job. Lack of necessities for the room such as towels. Difficult to track down an attendant, they're never at the desk. Had to ask numerous times for enough towels for 4 guests. Our room key was deactivated a day early and had to get new keys after coming back late and walking to the very end of the hall. Our room was never cleaned the entire 5 day/4 night trip. By the time our last night came we were completely out of towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash was full. The pool water is cloudy and does not seem kept up on.

There were bugs and the sheets were very dirty. They do not clean the mattress protectors so they had pee stains and other stains as well as mouse droppings and bed bugs

Dingy, stained sheets and towels. I literally had to go to Walmart to purchase my own sheets and towels slong with Lysol.
