Location was excellent, close to where family lived. Close to shopping,close to expressway, easy on easy off expressway.
Hotel needed a renovation. Furniture was old, worn & spotted. We were there for 3 days but room wasn't serviced. I went to ask for fresh towels at the front desk & was told rooms were only cleaned after 3 days.

The breakfast in the morning
I was very upset that the pool was not up and running and there was nothing on the site about it and that was one of the main reason I picked the hotel to take the kids swimming.

The room size and location was nice
The shampoo was used/open. The amenities like food didnt seem inviting. One washer and dryer was not the best as one was out of order. There were dirty towels left in the closet and on the bathroom floor when I came. The soaps were bare minimum quality

The best I loved everything about the Hotel , Beautiful I wish that I learned about it sooner ,I had a disability room perfect for me with bad knees and toilet was the perfect height.
clean room was large and comfortable.
Only one problem was not enough tv channels no movie channels

It was a convenient location easily to spot off road.
The only thing I didnt like was the rip off vending machines, and soft mattress & pillows which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Convenient to my location and parking wasn't visible from the main roads.
Beds sucked they were terrible, room while clean was what you'd expect from the bargain outfits we won't name, had to ask for bathroom supplies and towels. Staff while helpful did not speak English well and it took a bit to get things clear. Would not rate the place past 2 stars
