Disappointing
Checking in was easy
The hotel smelt like weed and paint. The bed was hard and old. A lot of stains thru out the hotel.

It was affordable and great.
The breakfast bar could have had more options.
The floors were not that clean and the towels in the bathroom had a lot of spots.

It’s a clean place. I wanted some eggs, but it had been sitting and was kind of hard. I ate a waffle and drink some apple juice. The staff was excellent.

They have some kind of window dressing made like a shade however, the morning sunlight comes streaming through in the morning. I don’t like that. The place wasn’t shoveled so I got stuck in the snow. The desk clerk was kind enough to get in my car and drive it out for me and to find a parking spot because it was so much snow.

When my partner and I went down for breakfast an employee informed us that the breakfast staff had not shown up and that breakfast Wass cancel. Getting breakfast was one reason we had selected this hotel thus we now spent an additional 51.45 for breakfast at Shop plus tip.

Overall I had a very nice stay
You need to upgrade your mattresses the one I slept on was very uncomfortable I had to work around the hard springs every night which meant I did not get a good night's sleep you also need more handicap rooms yes my bathroom had handlebars to hold onto but I really needed to be able to sit down while I was showering I had requested a handicapped room but did not get one.

Nothing honestly
Well, the front desk recipient, and the evening was very stiff and cold not to mention the lobby was being worked on and looked like it was under construction with a yellow tape everywhere which was very tacky. The coffee was taken throughout the middle of the night, which is also weird because hotels usually leave coffee available day and night, so it was really a cheap experience and I could tell by the location that it was a waste of money.

The place is out of the way and is very quiet.
Although the staff were all welcoming and friendly, the front desk seemed to have trouble checking me in on the computer system. Once all checked in, we take the elevator to go upstairs to our room to find out it wasn't ready. We got to the room and the cleaning lady wasn't even finished yet so just stood there while she finished cleaning. The mirror had finger prints all over it and my bathroom did not have a body wash squeeze bottle in the shower. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout couch either. There was no presence of crew looking after breakfast food upkeep and cleaning of the dining area. The trash was building up to the point no more trash could go into it so we had to leave it on top of the trash can bin counter.

The location is wonderful everything is close to so you have access to everything! The gentleman who was over night and set the breakfast up was pleasant.
In general the staff was snippy over the phone. I spoke to a manager about a staff member and he wasn’t so nice either. All I had was questions to begin with and it seemed like that irritated them. The breakfast was cold if you could get any at all. The bedding and bathroom wasn’t clean.

Location was good.
Breakfast could have been better. But may have been if it was on the wknd or the hotel was booked full. I still thought it was good.
