Staff was somewhat friendly . Didn’t feel very accommodating.
The Room was missing towels and the remote for the television. They called our room after we checked into our room and said the housekeeper didn’t vacuum our carpet when she was in our room which was very strange. I believe we received an unclean incomplete room. Booking .com and the website didn’t state the pool and the hot tub was under construction and unavailable until April which is why my and my wife booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub / spa to be honest. Just rather poor experience. I wish we chose elsewhere entirely . BTW they do a horrible breakfast .

The outside of the property was ok.
The room was horrible. It was not cleaned properly. There was some sort of ash across the bed board. The bathroom shower was not cleaned at all.

This has become my "go to place " when I have business in Baltimore. It was always reasonable in price, clean, comfortable, and quiet. My last trip just about all of these qualities had fallen down.
I had made an online reservation at least a week prior to my visit. I checked in and after going to my room that was clean went back to the front desk. This time I was given a room that was clean but had no towels. During the night a group of guests were outside and the volume was quite disturbing. I'm not sure if they were drinking, smoking or just very loud but after 1:00 AM they need to be aware of other guests. In the morning the breakfast was disappointing. Only lemonade, no Orange juice, cranberry juice or apple juice. No fruit, no yogurt, only white bread, no pastries, or bagels. Very disappointing and not what I had become accustomed to over the last 4 years

The hotel is small and cute . The staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower curtain was visibly filthy . The halls smell like weed . When we woke up we realized the sheets had multiple visible burn holes in them ! Not sure who is cleaning but they must be blind !

Very quiet and laid back location. The staff who checked us in was extremely friendly. Beds were so comfortable compared to places I've stayed that were much more expensive.
The property could definitely use some updating although for the price I won't complain. The bathrooms could be brightened up maybe by doing some recaulking. The pool looked like it could stand a cleaning. But, again for the price we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again when visiting our family in Baltimore.
