Location was convenient. Staff was friendly at check in.
Room was not clean properly. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Fresh Urine on the toilet seat, back of toilet and inside. Bathroom floor had hair and Only one towel with no wash cloth available.

The water does not get hot and housekeeping. Did not do a good job in making sure the tub.was presentable, it had someone else's hair in it. Other than that, I think it's a nice hotel.

The lady who checked us in was rude, never welcomed us, or introduced herself when I told her my name and asked for hers she said that the company policy doesn't allow for staff to give out names.

Water was hot and good water pressure and breakfast was ok
Didn’t have cups and sweetener in my room, and the room and hallway and elevator smelled and the worst was the mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable we almost left at 3 am and just drive.

It is a full hot breakfast. The eggs were very runny whoever were making the egg did not completely make the egg so be careful of that. However the staff is very rude. They do not cater to their customers. And nasty. The pool is out of order until April. And I did not know that until I got there

Everything is good I just wish I could’ve experienced the pool/spa first day breakfast was very good whoever prepared breakfast on Saturday morning did a wonderful job and need to continue and Loveeeeee the waffles please keep Saturday cook and have them teach but overall everything was beautiful I’ll be back soon

Fast and courteous service.
Breakfast needs help. There is hardly any variety, area was messy, and doesn't seem like any care is taken in this area at all. I have stayed at other Country hotels and the breakfast has been great. This one was very disappointing.
