The hotel was modern, and parking was conveniently located whether staying at the front or the back of the hotel. We needed it for one night simply for a place to sleep, and it did its job.
The room had a lingering smell of smoke. It wasn't terrible, but definitely noticeable. The hotel had a no-smoking policy, which is likely why the room may have had the smell due to prior issues.

Was cheap and some what clean and comfortable
Raised the security deposit by extra 50 dollars charged you for late or earlier checkout and getting your deposit back is slim to none
