The front staff were rude, the rooms had paper thin walls, the toilet in our room didn't flush, there was a narcan case in the room for breakfast. We didn't stay after seeing the room.

Location in relation to our event.
From arrival to departure, the entire place reeked of pot. Stench came in room thru AC/hear unit & the stink hit harder upon opening the door to the exterior door landing. We could clearly hear people yelling at each other all night long. Front desk took my ID upon check-in, forgot to hand back- they realized they still had it (taped it to window) but made no attempt to call me or walk to the room to return it. Almost 45 mins after I had checked out the next morning, I got call they had it- meaning I had to leave our event, drive back to the hotel & pick it up. So in 12 hours time there wasn't a moment to spare to call me, call the room or bring it to the room? It was nothing but extreme lazy customer service on their part.

Your staff are doing some undercover scamming putting holes in wall so they can recover a $500 repair fee and it either pay or be banded from location it really said all the yrs I been staying at this spot I never had a issue why would I damage a place I enjoy staying at its the cleanest hotel in the area make it make sense
