Staff was very friendly and professional. Nice size room, clean & attractive, up to date, etc.
Very ghetto location, as are most of the clients. This is a motel, not a hotel. Shortly after falling asleep we were woken up by a domestic problem that was taking place right outside or door, lots of screaming, name calling and door slamming. Little while later it sounded as if two shots were fired. Got woken up at about 7:30 am by the sound of somebody using a hose to spray the sidewalk and walls of the motel.

The handicapped bathroom was perfect.
This is the first time this has happened to me, I booked a handicapped room as my husband is handicapped, I didn't realize the bed would be so low to the floor. He was unable to get off the bed, so he ended up sleeping in the desk chair most of the night. Once I spoke to them, I was told it was a room with easy transfer from a chair to the bed. Not in our case. All handicapped rooms we have booked the bed were high. Now we know that this location isn't that way.

The room wasn’t clean and smelled like smoke. There was a lot of hair in side the bedding of both queen beds and all around the room. It wasn’t like little hairs it was long black clumps spend out everywhere. The room also smelled like smoke when it was a nonsmoking room. When I called the front desk and ask for a change of bedding the cleaning service/ maids were rude. They said I was over reacting and hair wasn’t that big of a deal to change all the bedding out. I stated it was and we need clean bedding and sheets. They did change them however they complained the entire time in Spanish not realizing I also speak the language.
