The view was great from the 10th floor. Breakfast is always good and the staff is exceptional. And the rooms are very very clean. I love this.
The people below us were a little loud but the staff took care of the situation immediately.

Great location, nice size room with a sitting area, ice water available in the lobby, convenient free garage parking
Loud noise from the lobby / neighboring rooms, towels were very thin and rough, housekeeping didn't empty the bathroom trash or refill the empty tissue box during our stay

I loved that parking was free and plentiful. Hotel is in such a great location, right next to Lake Kittamaqundi and across the street from Columbia Town Center. The hotel itself is tucked in its own little corner and I love that. The staff was lovely and so helpful.
Had a few issues with my room door not opening, but the staff was extremely knowledgeable on how to fix it.

Very Poor
We love the building, the staff and location of the facility.
We had a VERY loud child next door who disrupted our stay. The hotel was not crowded, but we were placed in an adjoining room with an enthusiastic young man. It did not sound like there was anyone else in room 726.
