Soo Hot in the hallways and a million degrees in the only working elevator. It is a heat wave, but the spring hill suites next door had a very cool lobby. Ac in room worked but the vent had a bunch of garbage stuffed in it (pens, a fake small snake and dirt).
The mattresses were bug free but the linens could use some bleach! - linens were very dingy - the middle blanket on the beds is yellow with the ends brown. Pillows look a million years old and lumpy. And no water pressure. We paid almost 300$ for one night - youth sports- SO not worth the price.

Welcoming and attentive staff and cleanliness of the facility. Location decent as well. But overpriced for amenities and dates and plain facility.
Plain and dated. Pillows flat, shower terrible poor water pressure and again dated tub and shower including the shower doors. Extra small garbage cans barely able to hold anything. The price was later discovered to be higher than nearby more modern and equipped hotels. True attention to some of these items mentioned would go a long way in assuming repeat customers.

Terrible customer service. They said we would be able to check in an hour early and then when we arrived they said they had no idea when our room would be ready

It was very clean. The staff was really nice and personable. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and a gas station right across the street. They had grab bags (bagel, butter, banana and water) to take on the road with us.
The breakfast wasn’t great.
