Staff was nice
Right from the front door to the assigned room, it smelled so strongly of weed and cigarette that my son's asthma was triggered. The room had no carpet but tiles on the floor, very cold. The first room given to us, which we rejected, was awful, molds in the bathtub, and the bathtub was rusted, i can never put my foot in the bathtub, the same as 2nd room which we were assigned to.I had to leave the hotel with my kids to another hotel within 2 hrs of getting to Clarion.Only 1 elevaor working and it shakes so bad.The both rooms i entered,had blood stains on the curtains and walls and AC was working but with broken parts.The dust in the room,on the table and table lamp,i can use the dust to design an item.The whole hotel needs and overhaul.I dont even have the strength to get back my money.

Elevator broken dirty nasty filthy rooms and every thing. They charge everyone extra for the breakfast.Whether you eat or not. And that was totally disgusted, wouldn't I eat if they gave it away for free. The room only cost sixty two dollars after texas. They want a hundred dollar deposit.

I asked for a room on the top floor at the end. I was sent a message that I would be accommodated but that was not the case. I was given a room that smells like cigarettes also smaller and I am not happy after driving 3hours.
I would like to be accommodated like I was promised, especially when I asked in advance.

The ease of check in.
The room had a broken light. Burn stains in the carpet and smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was hard to open and close.

Most of the tv channels didn't work and we had to ask for a remote after checking on as there wasn't one in the room, WiFi was intermittent and not easy to connect to with one of my phones. The room was full of cockroaches which got worse during our stay as the room was not serviced. Had to keep going to the front desk for more towels and toilet paper because the room wasn't serviced. Breakfast was ok, but not available every day despite the front desk saying it was. Coffee had limited hours and the coffee maker in the room was dirty and missing the holder for the filter.
