When I first booked my room I booked a king size bed they tried to give me a handicapped room and when I asked for another room they told me they didn’t have one but still Neva offered me a room until my husband said something not only that they told me that my trim wasn’t going to be the full price and still charged me for the room
There where sockets out the wall you plugged the lamps in the power blew out furniture was broken never got cleaning service asked for towels never got them house keeping was very rude

The staff at the front desk was very rude and didn't want to accommodate my reservations,and argued back and forth with me about the website....

The staff was very friendly and asked if the was anything we needed. The rooms were clean and were nice.

The peep holes on the doors you could see straight through them from both sides or couldn’t see out of them at all
There was mold and mildew in the shower on the ceiling
Checked into a room with a dirty toilet
The hanger rack was broken
The tubs look painted over
You can see all the patch up work on the walls throughout that place
The air conditions were falling out the walls
The curtains were dirty
The lamp shades were dirty
Parking was inconceivable
The rooms were smoked out and the hotel was nonsmoking
There was cigarette buts under the pillow

There was a creepy man that sits in the lobby and stairs at everybody and doesn’t speak

Disappointing
Unfortunately, nothing. The location was in a questionable area of town. The exterior looks nice in pictures and seemed fine. The lobby area looked well maintained.
The room. The door to the bathroom needs to seriously be replaced. There was a poorly spackled hole in the door. The bottom of the door was rotting and breaking. The tub is discolored and stained. The shampoo bottles look like they are old and dirty. The bed only had a top sheet and a light blanket. No extra blankets.
The refrigerator was not working. The light switch in the room didnt work, we had to use our cell phone lights to find the light switches on the lamps. The floor was very dirty, slimy sort of. The door didnt seem like it would lock securely. The sink did not drain properly.

Most of the tv channels didn't work and we had to ask for a remote after checking on as there wasn't one in the room, WiFi was intermittent and not easy to connect to with one of my phones. The room was full of cockroaches which got worse during our stay as the room was not serviced. Had to keep going to the front desk for more towels and toilet paper because the room wasn't serviced. Breakfast was ok, but not available every day despite the front desk saying it was. Coffee had limited hours and the coffee maker in the room was dirty and missing the holder for the filter.
