Absolutely NOTHING . The manager has yet ro call
Me back . This place is roach infested. A roach was in my suitcase. I’m mortified . There was a dead roach in the bathroom l. Then the white shower curtain had a black stain and would not stay closed so the floor was wet every time . Them next day a roach crawled across the mirror while brushing my teeth so I just left out and went to the lobby and while sitting there a roach crawled on my foot . I want a REFUND . I didn’t even stay all of the night because something was making me itch while on the bed so I checked the matress and pulled the sheets back and there were brown stains down the sides and no matress cover . The refrigerator didn’t work nor the tv . Thank God foe the guy at the front desk who turned into the maintenance man BLESS HIS HEART .. HE WAS SO SWEET AND SO EMBARRASSED. After the 2nd night I left . Ive left my number several times and called the MANAGER and he has avoided me . Im calling the health department as well as the news at this pont and posting thIS NASTY PLACE on every sight I can find . I work in the same field and this place is the definition of unsanitary.

When I first booked my room I booked a king size bed they tried to give me a handicapped room and when I asked for another room they told me they didn’t have one but still Neva offered me a room until my husband said something not only that they told me that my trim wasn’t going to be the full price and still charged me for the room
There where sockets out the wall you plugged the lamps in the power blew out furniture was broken never got cleaning service asked for towels never got them house keeping was very rude

Holes in the wall
The halls were HOT
The peep holes on the doors you could see straight through them from both sides or couldn’t see out of them at all
There was mold and mildew in the shower on the ceiling
Checked into a room with a dirty toilet
The hanger rack was broken
The tubs look painted over
You can see all the patch up work on the walls throughout that place
The air conditions were falling out the walls
The curtains were dirty
The lamp shades were dirty
Parking was inconceivable
The rooms were smoked out and the hotel was nonsmoking
There was cigarette buts under the pillow
Dirty blue stools as soon as you walk in
There was a creepy man that sits in the lobby and stairs at everybody and doesn’t speak
The toilet wasn’t put down right
