Rooms were super dirty, especially floors, no hot water in restroom, cannabis smell everywhere in the hallway. Rude and unprofessional staff. Elevator stopped working continuesly. Interior and furniture really outdated.

Location is very convenient
I wasn’t very satisfied with my stay. There were no ramps available, and only one elevator was working, which made things difficult. Having to use a key to access the elevator for every trip up and down felt excessive—especially when carrying multiple bags. I understand the safety aspect, but that system might be better suited for nighttime use only. The rooms were clean, but definitely need updating. Also, the WiFi did not work at all during my stay

Liked the location
I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 AM and requested an early check-in. The receptionist informed me that the room would not be ready until 3:00 PM. While I understand that early check-in isn’t always guaranteed, I was disappointed that he immediately offered to process the early check-in for an additional $50 fee, without first exploring any complimentary options.
He did not suggest that I wait in the lobby while the room was being prepared, nor did he attempt to accommodate me in any other way. This experience felt quite unhelpful and lacked the hospitality I’ve come to expect from Comfort Inn hotels.
I’ve stayed at many Comfort Inn properties in the past, but this was by far the least helpful and most disappointing interaction I’ve had with a front desk staff member.

It was in a good location and convenient for our weekend activities.
My child got bit up all up her body from sleeping on the pull out couch. Very strong possibility of bed bugs. Room was hot and the AC was not doing anything for the room. Low door and ceiling in the entry of the room for someone who is tall. Half of the lamps were not functioning properly and the light switches go to nothing it appears.

AC was out The staff gave no solution to the problem, they knew it was out before we got there not call or anything. No phone in the room so had to walk down to the desk numerous times about it. our feet were black just from walking around in the room . We were upgraded to a "harbor view" We didn't ask for it but it was a parking garage view. Very loud, sirens hours all hours of the night and weed smell all hours of the day. Oh yes and none of the light switches worked.

The room had no towels. When I asked for them - the guy at the desk could not get it together. All the men at this place were incompetent. We got stuck in the elevator

Food was cold.
Loud sounds at night when sleeping. Heating system. Had to be moved from one room to another and less loud but, did not sleep well.
Outside large metal plates in road slapped the road as large vehicles wrote over it. Front desk attendant was on the phone, even as waiting on me with an earpiece hard time to get a refund which I never received from double booking.
Manager did not respond to Booking.com to verify that I was getting a refund which I still have not seen in my account. Had to call Booking.com three times.
