The location is perfect!!
The property has fell off tremendously, the room needed updates, new paint, rugs cleaned. I didn’t like that I could not take my breakfast back to my room. The phone in my room did not work.

Good
It’s a perfect location- very close to the Harbor and other downtown Baltimore attractions.
That they offer a free breakfast was very appreciated and has a nice view of the city / harbor.
The bathroom was a little shabby and could use some improvements.
Having the bright LED sign right across the street was a little annoying. It might be good to provide some way of clipping the curtains shut in the middle to reduce the “light pollution” at night.
The AC didn’t seem that strong. Luckily it wasn’t too warm outside and actually got cool at night, but I’m not confident that the room would stay very cool during hot summer months.
At breakfast the coffee could’ve been hotter- I was even there at 7:30 so on the early side. Food was just alright and (eggs, sausages, etc.) also could be warmer. While I was eating, I noticed another guest walked into the breakfast room with bare feet. There should be a shoes mandatory policy in the hallways, dining room, lounges, etc.
The sign taped up next to the elevators says that check out by 10:30am is mandatory, but the listing in the Booking app says 11. I think the reception also said 11 upon checking in. Anyway, the discrepancy between the sign and the listings online is confusing

people friendly.
Did not clean my room. I stayed for four days and there was no cleaning. The elevator was not working well. I was blocked into the elevator. The air conditioner was not working. This hotel is very noisy.

Fair
That the location was near business like chic fi la etc..
I did not like that the room was small , their was no carpet on the floor , traffic was loud due to being on the from and it gave me shelter vibes instead of quality of a hotel

We lived the sky view during the continent breakfast. It had a somewhat obstructed but nice view of the Inner Harbour.
We had to drive around for over 30 minutes trying to get unloaded. I had checked the hotel's website about parking and the site said there was valet parking and a price. I paid that same price but there was NO VALET PARKING.

Convenient location
They deducted more money than was due when I swipped my card. The amount that was deducted and total invoices do not match. I raised the issue with the hotel and my bank. Still following on the issue

Property was in a great location
I didn’t like how the parking was setup, it was very unclear where to park, I even asked staff members and they weren’t very helpful.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. The Belgium waffle was excellent, the hash brown was great, the yogurt was good but the eggs were very cold. I also liked that there was hot water in the shower with great water pressure.
Parking was terrible. I arrived late at night and I tried calling the front desk twice to find out where to park. I spoke with a representative who told me that he was from reservations and that I would have to call the hotel. I explained that I did and couldn’t get through. He couldn’t help me. I circled the hotel 3 times before I found a parking garage. I parked there and walked a block to the hotel late at night. I didn’t feel safe. When I arrived to the front desk the gentleman handed me a parking card for the parking garage across the intersection in front of the hotel. But he told me that the gate is down at the entrance so I would have to got to the other side to enter in. I realized that the other side was around the block and I wasn’t going to go back outside.
In the room the bathtub had mold around the tiles
