Great location. Walking distance to the convention center with plenty of good dining options nearby.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel room. The floors were dirty, and the bathtub had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink was also leaking, adding to the poor maintenance issues.
Surfaces throughout the room were dusty, including the floors, and the bedding had stains and lint on it, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The location is very convenient to the Convention Center and the Inner Harbor. Check-in and check-out were easy.
Everything was just a little bit shabby. One of my bathroom towels had a cigarette burn hole in it. Another had a permanent stain - I know it had been properly laundry, it was just some sort of make up stain that wouldn't come out, but the towel should have been retired. The desk was super friendly about giving me new ones right away, but I shouldn't have been given them in the first place. One of the drawers on my bedside table wouldn't stay closed so in the morning I had to make sure not to bang myself on it. It was all just more run-down than the pictures on the website. I felt a bit bait-and-switched.

Location was convenient to my work location. More affordable option in the area.
Quite dated hotel. Sheets and towels had hairs in them, towels stained. Breakfast was okay, not the best. There was a beeping noise in the hallway all night.

Location is very convenient to the harbor, most everything is within walking distance. The facility is clean and had great pressure in the shower no matter what time. The bed is very comfortable and the room was pretty much sound proof from the outside noise. Great amount of mirrors and lighting for multiple people getting ready to go out. Breakfast is served on the top floor with an amazing view.
No eggs served at breakfast. Unloading the vehicle at check in and packing up to go home is a little difficult because there’s no place to park. Garage parking is close to the facility but if you have a lot of luggage for one person you will have to make multiple trips. Pillows were a bit flat.

Overall I get the hotel at 9:00 I'm just not used to not being able to park on the hotel property and have to pay for parking somewhere else
I think when you pay for the hotel you should be able to get parking for half price or free while you're staying in your town city because you going to be experiencing other things in the city and spending money and I don't think you should be using all that money for parking. Especially if you coming in from out of town
