The breakfast was was good with ample choices of culinary delights.
Desk service and responding to my financial concerns. The fact that charges on my bill were not addressed with me nor was my deposit refunded. I was told upon arrival that $150.00 would be collected for any incidentals, I had none. When I checked out and received my receipt, $192.70 was added to my credit card. When I questioned the validity of the charge, I was told (the last time I called on June 5th) that a manager name Uniqua would call me back. That was June 5, 2025. Have not received a return call as of today(June 18, 2025). I would like my $192.70 refunded to my credit card. Note: when I made the reservation the total amount for the two days would be $316.08 including taxes and fees. I was charged 508.78, with no deposit refunded.

Walking distance to National Aquarium. Valet Parking. Breakfast Included. Full kitchen. Staff was great.
On a sketchy block with several strip clubs. Although clean, room looked a bit worn. Carpets and sofa need replacing - that icky feeling of being in a worn out room made it hard to truly relax.

Beautiful hotel and good location
My thermostat did not work and no windows to open.. I was told by 2 staff a manager would contact me and a month later still nothing. We couldn’t sleep due to the heat, even tho the kind man from the front desk did get us a fan. For the amount of money I paid for one night I should have had working air!

Easy check in, the staff was very pleasant, overall clean hotel. Room was comfortable, clean towels available. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, microwave, and large refrigerator. The main bedroom was spacious. Although, everyone has to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, it was comfortable stay.
The room did *not* have a view of the Harbor. I paid for a “view”, but the only window was in the bedroom, and it was below my waist. In order to see a slight corner of the harbor, I had to bend over and squint. There is no room with the view at this hotel because of its location. I wish they would not upgrade and sell this type of option. I felt deceived. Also, the hotel is old in general, well kept but old. It definitely is the hotel of souls long ago. The refrigerator made loud noises all night. Again, lovely hotel, clean, great staff.

The location near the inner harbor - the room and the staff.
The $42/night for parking was very expensive and it caught me by surprise. Had I known that I would have booked in a different hotel. Also, I had to cancel this reservation and book for the next day due to travel problems. I was told by booking. com that there would not be a cancellation fee but that credit has not been received yet. Booking.com told me that a request was sent via IHG to your hotel but has never gotten a response.
