Very Good
The staff was outstanding. One was more accommodating than the other. Cannot say enough about them. However, the room was cold, maintenance had to be called, and even then I couldn't adjust the thermostat. The valet cost for parking was ridiculous.

The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the location is fantastic.
There was no water from 10 pm to 6 am, so we were not able to shower or wash when we returned back from our night out.

Gorgeous architecture! Love the old bank vault, the spacious lobby and beautiful staircases. Great location near the harbor, restaurants and attractions. Accommodating staff allowed us noon checkout because our Johns Hopkins appointment wasn't until 2pm.
Our room was VERY noisy. We heard traffic and voices from the street so easily that it woke my husband repeatedly. It almost seemed like the window was open, but they must not be insulated. The breakfast was Ok. No regular coffee after 8:30am.

Breakfast was good.
The hotel was quite grungy and the room was not very clean. You could not even see out of the windows because they were so dirty. The carpets in the hallway were very warn down.

The room was a good size for the price. The Tvs had all the channels and there were Tvs in both rooms. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was decent.
Not really. The neighborhood feels a bit unsafe at times due to the homeless population, but not the hotel's fault of course.

Disappointing
The location and proximity to the convention center.
Springs in the mattress were broken and the room smelled like weed. The manager was able to move us to another upper floor room. The bed was comfortable and room was cleaner but there was no water pressure in the shower. I would stay away next time.
