Nothing really. Overpriced and terrible customer service.
Booking and the property lied about the price. Each one blamed it on each other and it somehow is my job to send receipts to get reimbursed. No parking with the property. You are forced to walk down what appears to be unsafe streets to get your own parking or use a valet service that is not owned by Springhill.

The location was convenient to the convention center and other locations we visited.
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - the man working the breakfast area was helpful and friendly.. did a great job keeping the area clean.

Wonderful
Nice location, a few minutes stroll to the main harbour area. Hotel was an old bank so has some history, and you can still see the old vaults downstairs. Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast was average.
Parking with the valet next door was expensive, but they tell you when checking in that if you don't use the valet the car park will charge twice (once until midnight, and another daily charge after midnight). There are lots of parking options nearby so don't feel pressured into using the hotel valet.
