Location is excellent, we were in town for the run festival and could see the runners from our room. Easy walk to the convention center and downtown sights, sounds and food. The hotel has onsite parking easy in and out with room key. There are also two onsite restaurants if you wish to stay in.
Everything has a cost. You don't even get free Wi-Fi in the room. Parking is expensive, breakfast isn't included. Understandably it's in the city and is expected I suppose.

In town for the run festival it was perfectly placed and priced for the run. Close to start and finish, walking to Inner Harbor and all foods.
The hotel is good, fine, average. We only had two towels and had to ask for more... Bed was creased in the middle so we kept rolling into each other in the night. Nothing terrible it was fine for what we needed and pricing was reasonable.

Never stay at this place hotel again. Staff are not good
The hotel staff didnt couldnt find my booking.com reservation and John the manager promised us that the he found it when we checked out and we would not be charged any additional money. After one week the charged the full amount of the stay and I spent three weeks arguing with various staff members including John and finally I got it resolved. It should not be this hard to book a reservation on Booking.com and still have problems with the reservation. The staff at this Sheraton are incompetent and not friendly. In addition I spent over 1 hr with booking.com rep to try and resolve the issue. I will not ever use booking.com again

I would live in the Sheraton if I could. All services were handled in an efficient and pleasant fashion. The only downer for that location is that Baltimore Inner Harbor and Harbor Place are so economically depressed. The infrastructure of the city is really in bad shape, roads, sidewalks, etc. Many "zebra" crosswalks are almost invisible and very few have crossing signal buttons. Warn visitors about Lexington Market and environs.
You could get a new mayor and city council!

I had a broken & noisy sink the entire stay that was loud constantly--keeping us up at night. We were promised that it would be fixed and it was not. Then we were promised a refund on one of our two nights to compensate for so many issues by the manager---that would 'come in later' and was never refunded.
