Staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. The cupcakes for the baseball game were a nice touch. Breakfast was good.
It’s showing its age in many places on the exterior and in some of the furnishings inside.

Received well at check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was superb, clean, and well made up. Excellent A/C options. Excellent views. Nice Tv channel selections with very user friendly big remote. Quiet rooms with some sound proofing from outside traffic and siren noises.
We were gone from 10:30am-7pm and the room wasn't cleaned, resupplied, and bed wasn't remade up. Furniture was old big bulky antique type stuff which I kind of liked being a past furniture factory employee. But there were some evident wear and tear places and spots on some of it.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to both Camden Yards and M&T Stadium.
Loud Plumbing ( you would wash your hands and the toilet would start gurgling) and air conditioning was noisy (made a tapping sound the whole time it ran)

The escalator didn’t work on the first level. .My mattress was worn out , had a dip in it. Next time I will stick with what I know the Renaissance.

Super convenient location/walkable distance to Inner Harbor and Camden Yards……. Staff were nice……
Room was very hot when we first checked in…..had to turn AC way down and leave to allow to cool down……Went to three floors looking for a functioning ice machine with no success….. included breakfast was only for two…..we had to pay for our third which we were not told until after we received a bill and was quite overpriced for what was offered….. parking price a little steep for guests staying at facility……
