Love the svc and the room. The breakfast was the best tasting!
I didn't like the extra charges on the room svc. You guys lead your quest into thinking that the breakfast is free with the choice of the room but it's not after you pay all the extra fees thats not mentioned in the beginning.

Gorgeous facilities. The absolute most comfortable pillows and bed. Loved the entire place. Excellent and attentive staff.

Location was very nice..water with string of restaurants across the street from hotel...Thames oyster was very good food.
What I thought was missing that could've easily been built where the oversized cabana area is so you can get the view like that of an infinity pool but infinity jacuzzi. There was no jacuzzi there.
