The overnight shift staff member was exceptional and went above and beyond as we traveled from overseas and arrived after midnight. Believe his name was Pasch or something along those lines.
Breakfast was very basic and was not that great.

The hotel was convenient to the Inner Harbor, restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast was very good. I rated the parking good because the hotel offers valet parking and there is a self-parking lot near by.
Basically I do have anything negative to say about this facility.

Staff was great. Room and facilities were clean. Guests were respectful. Location was great. Valet was very helpful. Front desk associate was incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was more than adequate.

It’s right within downtown
The building is old. The carpet is filthy. There was a terrible stinky smells coming from the kitchen sink. I requested to have it cleaned but nothing happened.
The coffee was bad, same breakfast everyday, and nothing special about breakfast. We need to pay daily for parking. The surrounding of the building feels unsafe
This is another Marriot hotel that’s very disappointing.
Receptionist are not nice, lack of good costumer service, they are not welcoming at all.

Wasn’t expecting much at all from the place, just a place near the harbour that was clean and affordable.
Only minor issue was plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. Other than that I couldn’t fault the place

Location is perfect. I was attending a concert at the CFG Arena and the hotel is a 5 minute walk. It was easy to pull into the valet area and leave my car until check out, and check in was very simple. My room was great: full kitchen, couch and table, with a private bathroom and king bed. Breakfast selection was great. I grabbed a sandwich, yogurt, and bagel but many people were making waffles and enjoying pastries and quiche. I went down to the buffet around 6:30/7 to beat the rush and the area was relatively empty. It was easy to use the online link to request my car and check out was simple. Staff was very friendly and greeted me every time they saw me.
The $150 security deposit didn’t bother me, but I wish it had been communicated ahead of time. When I arrived, it took about 20 minutes for the valet to assist me because he was the only one working and there was a line of 5-6 people waiting.
