The location was great, right across the street from the Aquarium. Close to the Inner harbor and restaurants.
The room had garbage on the floor- one of the bedside lights was missing- and the toilet tissue holder was broken.

Location was close to the concert we were attending. Food and drinks were great
Only one bank of elevators made for an extremely long walk to some of the rooms. Check in line was long and took approx. 30 minutes. They seemed under staffed. When I check rates 3 weeks before it was a $100 cheaper.

I enjoyed the size of the room and its bathroom; it was very clean, and the room had a good smell. The hotel's location is very central, near the aquarium and other museums and cultural exhibitions.
The front desk staff were quite rude, and I had to wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes to check in to my room because I only had the booking confirmation. Then, after 2 hours and 30 minutes, they suddenly had my reservation, which does not make any sense. They also did not pick up the phone when I called, and when I did my check out, they still didn't treat me well.

The location was perfect for me! It wasn’t far from the airport and it was close to the event I came to attend which was a wedding. I arrived earlier then check in time but since a room was available they allowed me to get checked in instantly! That gave me time go to began to get ready for a wedding I had to attend at 5pm. My stay was short but I do plan on returning next time in Baltimore!
