Great location at Inner Harbour. Spacious room with an excellent view. Leisure facilities were good too. Attentive house-keeping throughout our stay.

Wonderful
Walked around to a lot of places and busy enough, even at night, to feel safe. Aquarium fantastic. Parking in hotel garage easy and affordable and safe.

I genuinely enjoyed the room, the location and amenities where are great. The view was exceptional.
The parking prices are ridiculous, when staying in a hotel the parking should not be $36 a day in addition I was unable to change the day I left in the meter. There should be an option to cancel the parking when Don. I left a day prior to schedule and was unable to change in the options on the app. Housekeeping didn’t refill the coffee either.

The carpet was dirty, and electric outlet was loose, made of dangerous, c j eap plastic, had to unplug kruig to plug in a lamp, no valet, young poorly trained staff and with sloppy appearance.
Minibar empty, etc
Well traveled with Ressaisance experience - could not really accept this very poor performance.

Bed was very comfortable.
Run down and needs refurb. When shower was on bath tap ran at same time. Day 2 housekeeping didn't make up the room . Safe was not working and light bulbs were out , but once notified maintenance fixed immediately. Breakfast selection very poor for a high star rating hotel.
