Amazing location, breakfast buffet was 10/10 with the view of the harbor.
I reserved 2 double beds on Booking.com but when I arrived it had me for a king bed. Party of 3. Fortunately they were able to switch me.

The staff were very unhelpful, we arrived on a Sunday 10pm and there were no provisions for food or drink or room service nor any help to access order in options. It was a hassle to park the car, and every question was met with a "no"
The staff made us feel as if we should be grateful that we were even being checked in. It was an awful experience and the staff were so disengaged. this creates a very bad company impression.

Very clean and secure room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There wasn't much to complain about. I was a little caught off guard about the price of parking. I thought the parking rate for the garage was included in my reservation but was not.

The room was clean and quiet.
Ordered room service around 8 PM and I called a little after 10 and was told that my order was not filled and the kitchen was closed. Not what a diabetic wants to hear. Had to go to the snack bar and then watch my blood sugar go through the roof.
