I have stayed at this hotel, many times the location can’t be beat. The vibe is great.
This particular time it seemed very crowded and there was only one elevator working, making it very inconvenient.

It was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Customer service was top tear from the front desk receptionist to all the staff at the Water restaurant during breakfast to the attendees helping at the front door. Please do not change your setup!!!
My room was not ready even an hour after the 4pm hour check in time but staff were so pleasant and rectified the issue less than 5 minutes.

The location was wonderful. The room size was great. The shower pressure was amazing. The staff was friendly.
The sink drained slowly, the toilet gave trouble flushing, the vending/ice machine area was unclean and there were no machines inside of the area. The complimentary breakfast was cold and did not taste good. The worst part was the involuntary checkout. I left my room early the day of checkout to partake in the complimentary breakfast (which was not good) with the intention of returning to my room to collect my belongings and checkout by 11am. I returned to my room just before 10am only to find that my room key had already been deactivated, requiring me to take not one, but two trips down to the front desk to gain access to my room. That was the nail in the coffin for me. I am not likely to ever return to that hotel, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
