Well just off the top. Was rude, the hotel had mice and roaches, we couldn't get towels for 2 days, there's no way it would just pass inspection from the better Business bureau or anything of that nature. It's absolutely a disgusting and vile hotel. It's not even good enough for my animals to sleep at. There's bed bugs, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

Near the race track for the Preakness. & no bed bugs (yes it was that bad you need to find one thing good)
We got 3 rooms in our group.
1 couple requested a change of room due to the smell of smoke from cigarettes in it.
2nd couple walked in and saw the sofa covered in remnants from the working ladies of the night that were out front and the shower didn’t have hot water.
My room toilet clogged.
If you wish to get drugs, then this location has plenty of drug dealers out front and walking the hallways… if you are like us and don’t do drugs… I’d pick another hotel.

The hotel was in a quiet location
The staff was very un accommodating and unfriendly. The bathroom had not been cleaned and I was greeted by a roach on the nightstand.

Convenient location
Had the switch rooms about 3 times, roaches in the room. No extra towels and no bedding for pullout asked and was told that they had no extra blankets and laundry stopped at 4 pm… one ice machine that did not work. Blankets with holes are not acceptable ( smoking room or not ) IN DC we never have these issues. Also the rooms were dirty as hell, didn’t even have fresh tissue rolls and my girlfriend worked at the Hyatt in house keeping and was shocked you guys are even still open

Location was convenient to other stores.
The room was dirty there were cigarettes holes in the blanket I ask hotel Manger about it he said because I picked a smoking room. The vending machine wanted 3 dollars for a can soda breakfast they served cold cereal and donuts and house keeping refused to clean my room told me I had to clean it myself since I'm staying more then one night. The room smelled like cigarettes and a nursing home
