The staff was wonderful, friendly, and all around helpful. We were pleased to find out that the hotel was offering two complimentary drinks for a Valentine's Day Happy Hour, and the lobby, room, and balcony view were all beautiful. I loved the hotel's location, not only for the views, but also because it was close to the activities I had planned, and our Uber driver had no trouble finding the hotel's front entrance for pickup/dropoff. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom felt very high-end.
The parking was a bit atrocious; the valet was full, and the connected lot was filled due to an unrelated event, so I had to pay $35 to park in the parking garage diagonal to the hotel. It was a little difficult to get our belongings from the garage to the hotel, but this was mostly due to the snow and ice. I had asked to add on the 'Romance Package' about 24 hours before checkin but I suppose that wasn't enough time, as it did not get set up. No bother, though, as I brought a backup plan.

We were upgrading to a suite, which was very nice. The bedroom area was fine, but the living area was pretty much dated with no personality whatsoever. It’s a nice hotel with an attractive lobby and great location but needs updating.

It also seemed that the people staying in the adjacent room were trying to unlock the door to our suite at one point. I said something, and they stopped.

Location was awesome as well. Attended a concert at Pier 6 Pavilion. Anyone looking for an amazing event and place to stay.. that combination is it!

The price of your breakfast for what we got was beyond ridiculous. I expected more for 40.00+ dollars. 2 options for juices and no milk. Honestly the free breakfast at the more affordable Choice hotels are better.

It was good but she didn’t have mushrooms or spinach. I thought the sign said it was complimentary however received a bill on my cc for it that I was expecting. Not a breakfast worth $42!

The location was great! The staff were helpful along with the rooms great views. The hallway near room 301 smelled a little funny along with the towels having the feeling that someone left a iron on them to long lol but other than that no issues.

Location. Staff were helpful and professional.
Had to move rooms twice. 1st room had a ceiling leak. 2nd room had a very loud party Nextdoor that started at 11:30pm (desk phone didn’t work when I tried to call). The iron in the room leaked water. Also saw a mouse in the hallway.

The cost was good. Stayed here because of a late Ravens game. Staff was nice & it was good value for the buck.
The only problem was that the bath towels were like sand paper. I am serious, It was terrible, if they could replace them the hotel would be a great spot for the I tended use.

Very Poor
After traveling all day, I was trying to check in. The employee at the desk kept talking with two other people about sports. This went on for about ten minutes. Very rude. The harbor club was to be opened for breakfast at 0700. I left at 0715, as if they had opened, nothing would have been prepared, no coffee, etc.
