I had my car validated but still got a ticket. Waiting to see if they are paying it. No one has contacted me about this ticket. When I checked out no manager was on duty. Just front desk ppl.

The automatic front door was broken. TV most channels did not work . Instructions on how to get to the 3rd floor were inadequate. Staff, front desk, should have alerted us to the Instructions for the elevator .

Location was great, beds comfortable
Impersonal convention style hotel. Arrived at 8.15 pm after long drive - had to double park, find my own luggage trolley, and wheel it into hole unaided. I then had to move car and wait for a space at the nearby parking lot. Once that was achieved all was well

The room wasn’t very upscale and very basic. The bar I was expecting was a little makeshift bar other than the bars at the restaurants.

Location
I booked a queen balcony with a view. The view was of the roof and 8 exhaust fans. Complained to front desk and was put in a king suite with a balcony, but did have a view of harbor. Instead of sleeping on a bed had to sleep on a pull out couch that was small and uncomfortable.

The hotel lobby is a mile long, but other than that, the staff was friendly. I clogged the toilet, and they brought a plunger right away. There's no room service, and breakfast isn't complimentary. It was the 4th of July, and the room had a great view of the fireworks. We'd stay again.

The location was perfect, just parked the car and we were able to walk everywhere at the inner harbor
There was no water pressure in the shower, and the sheets had a weird texture. There are no microwaves in the room.
This was not the hotel’s fault, but there must have been at least 5 kids, of various ages, in the next room. I don’t think that they had any supervision for at least an hour or two, it sounded like they were throwing each other up against the walls, so hard that the mirror on our side was shaking. I almost called the front desk, my husband said give it some time, they did finish, what sounded like killing each other, about 20 minutes before we settled in and I didn’t see or hear any ambulances, so I guess they survived the night. All this to say, I really wish parents/ guardians would make their children behave.
