The room was much bigger than I anticipated. It had room for a couch but, for our stay of only one night, the comfortable chair was just fine. The front desk staff was top-notch friendly. Linta was able to add early check-in via text, when the hotel did not reply to my Booking.com chat attempts.
Our shower head definitely needed cleaning or replacing; only one of the 4 settings provided a clean flow. Our bed was saggy in the middle (length-wise). The stocking on the in-room Keurig was missing any stirrers, and only two sugar packets were present. The rolling desk chair has a failing hydraulic system. At 6'2", I always put my chair at the highest, and it didn't last long.

HUGE rooms, balcony, big nice bathroom, quiet, amazing location and beautiful hotel. They also had restaurants within the hotel which is cool, close to everything and staff was great. I liked the option for early check in ($30 extra) and it was comfy.
No microwave. Parking was $30 a day which is pretty wild but you won't be able to beat the location and it's right at the hotel so it's worth it I guess! Also have to pay for breakfast

Location and the balcony overlooking the water.
The TV never got more than six channels both days and the front desk didn’t have a solution. Said all the tvs in the hotel had same problem

They charged me for breakfast which we didn't have. I suspect they charged the wrong room. They refused to provide a final receipt of the charges, security footage or any other proof. I've called several times and haven't been able to reach anyone (the phone just hangs up after a while). A message was supposedly left for a manager but no one called me back. I left another voicemail for the manager today. I had to open a dispute with my card. I'll change my review once my money has ben refunded.

Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was definitely clean.
Room was rather dated and even bit shabby here and there. The towels provided were the roughest I've ever encountered and a bit painful to the skin. Certainly not a bad hotel but within the near vicinity there's better value hotels to be had. Not a bad hotel but think value / price proposition is not very attractive for what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.

After traveling all day, I was trying to check in. The employee at the desk kept talking with two other people about sports. This went on for about ten minutes. Very rude. The harbor club was to be opened for breakfast at 0700. I left at 0715, as if they had opened, nothing would have been prepared, no coffee, etc.
