HUGE rooms, balcony, big nice bathroom, quiet, amazing location and beautiful hotel. They also had restaurants within the hotel which is cool, close to everything and staff was great. I liked the option for early check in ($30 extra) and it was comfy.
No microwave. Parking was $30 a day which is pretty wild but you won't be able to beat the location and it's right at the hotel so it's worth it I guess! Also have to pay for breakfast

Location and the balcony overlooking the water.
The TV never got more than six channels both days and the front desk didn’t have a solution. Said all the tvs in the hotel had same problem

They charged me for breakfast which we didn't have. I suspect they charged the wrong room. They refused to provide a final receipt of the charges, security footage or any other proof. I've called several times and haven't been able to reach anyone (the phone just hangs up after a while). A message was supposedly left for a manager but no one called me back. I left another voicemail for the manager today. I had to open a dispute with my card. I'll change my review once my money has ben refunded.

Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was definitely clean.
Room was rather dated and even bit shabby here and there. The towels provided were the roughest I've ever encountered and a bit painful to the skin. Certainly not a bad hotel but within the near vicinity there's better value hotels to be had. Not a bad hotel but think value / price proposition is not very attractive for what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.

After traveling all day, I was trying to check in. The employee at the desk kept talking with two other people about sports. This went on for about ten minutes. Very rude. The harbor club was to be opened for breakfast at 0700. I left at 0715, as if they had opened, nothing would have been prepared, no coffee, etc.

Great location! I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go for my conference across the way. Dante, who checked me in, was so friendly and nice to chat with.
While it was nice to have a balcony, the table on it was literally falling apart and was bent to the point that there was no completely flat surface and the space could use some TLC. If you are sensitive to perfumes, strong smell, beware. I don't know if it's air freshener or cleaning materials but the smell was overwhelming in the room. I would not have been able to handle it if I didn't have two doors I could leave open for several hours to bring a cross breeze through.

Price for what's provided. Poor communication from staff. Ask for meat tray 4 times never showed up. The room night stand was hanging so the drawer wouldn't stay shut and there was an eyelash from people before us in the bath tub

Beautiful location, very cold service. We seemed like an inconvenience to the hotel, which really put a damper on our first anniversary.
The street to access the hotel was shutdown and when I called, they acted as though we could just drive through, but it was blocked with cones and police for an event which made us drive around for almost an hour, so the early check-in was not so early that we paid for.
