Location, style, cleanliness, happy hour
Given the location and sophistication of the property, it seemed like the staff would be up to the same level of professionalism. They were nice and helpful when not playing on their smart phones. When someone’s attention is on their smartphone, you feel like you’re intruding when you interrupt. Not a huge deal, we’d definitely stay there again - great value.

I like everything.. Staff, food, and the location
The only issue I had was parking . I wakened to leave after my 2nd day stay, and there was a parking citation on my car.... I was billed for 1 day of parking by the hotel staff, but apparently, not for the 2nd day.... In order to resolve this issue, I have gone onto parking lots website and try to dispute the citation charges... No luck so far... Another couple had the same issue... Just confirm that you have paid for the parking .. it's almost 2x the parking price.

Great location. Most of what we wanted to do was within walking distance.
We had a few ants in our room. Nothing major, but a few. The people in the room next to use were loud. Rooms are not well soundproofed.
