The eating space was comfortable and clean. With the exception of checking in, the front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful, especially Loren'za Gordon, who kindly gave me and my friend a map and explained how to get to our appointment.
The selection for breakfast was limited. One day there was fruit and the next day there was no fruit. The workers in the breakfast area could have been more friendly. The check-in clerk was not helpful when asked about specific charges.

Left shoes by accident in a white canvas bag on table in room. When i realized in the early evening, i called the property and was told that the cleaning staff were gone for the day but I would be informed in the morning. The next day i was told that the cleaning cart was checked and there was no shoes. The shoes were clearly taken by someone and I just wonder how it is not possible -- with my room number and time of stay -- to ascertain how and by whom? Perhaps this is a common occurrence at the hotel, but i was never contacted with an explanation or an apology.
