Last minute booking as our other accommodation wasnt suitable. Lovely historic building but a little run down in areas. Were given a corner room which was large. Bed was comfy and shower great. Reception staff were helpful too.

The staff was very friendly, the lobby was beautiful, the location was great, the bed was on point for, the lobby was beautiful.
The bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in a long time, you had to keep drinks on the door section to keep them cold,and the lighting in the room and bathroom was horrible, the room looked nothing like on the website

The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. I was on the 12th floor in the corner room and it was perfect. The valet service was amazing especially Amanda! The front desk agents were very helpful and accommodating.
The bus stop across the street is little shady but the people were actually respectful when my daughter and I had to walk past at night after her cheer competition at the convention center.

One of the two receptionists was not nice. They didn’t make the room and we didn’t get any discounts for that.

Breakfast was great. Disappointed that I was told La Bistro closed at 3:00 pm yesterday, only to arrive at 2:50 and discover it was already closed.
The poor lighting and the absence of a clock in the room. The clock on the microwave would reset to zeroes no matter the number of times I tried to set it to the correct time.
The hotel was out of blankets, probably because of the number of guests. Finally, the wait for the elevators, somewhat understandable because of the number of guests staying there.
Finally, my wife uses a rollator. The bistro/restaurant was not accessible to her without her having to traverse a number of steps. We had to exit the hotel and go down two sidewalks to enter from a street entrance.

The lobby was gorgeous.
The elevators were so slow people often preferred the stairs, the plumbing in the bathroom was terrible (toilet didn’t flush, tub wouldn’t drain), the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no parking included. The hotel was filled with noise and teenagers everywhere.

There was no air in the room
It was hot stuffy when called front desk I was told to turn the unit off. Off meant no air circulation none was hotter and stuffy, had bloody noses thru the night and barely slept from no fan or air
