Love the aesthetic of the hotel. Love the downtown location. I was 15 minutes away from my event. Valet parking made everything easy . This was my second year staying here. I will be back.
Not a lot of options for breakfast in the cafe.

Iron was not working, I informed the front desk, they promised to replace it, it was never replace. We wore non-ironed (crushed) cloths the 2 days. My wife and daughter wasn't happy. Whole holiday was not pleasant with my daughter was grumbling to wear crushed cloths. SORRY NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Bad experience this time.
Basic facilities like Iron, small piece of soap for the whole family, 2 coffee cups and coffee packets for 3 occupants. Is is because I booked through Booking.Com?

Loved being able to go to the Skybar (a rooftop bar with some light food, e.g., cheeseburger sliders, chicken wings, and crab salad on toast, decent servings) on Thurs., Fri. and Sat. night. I had some friends from another hotel join me (you need a keycard from the hotel to go up in the elevator) and they loved it too. The prices for the food items were much more reasonable than other places around (i.e., $12 for the cheeseburger sliders)
My room was large, the bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. I liked having a fridge and microwave. The front desk provided toothpaste when asked since I forgot mine. It felt safe (--card key needed to get to your floor in the elevator). The location was very convenient for the Convention Center where my conference was, only an 8 minute walk. I appreciated that they were willing to do a one hour late check-out (until noon) without charging me extra. And I REALLY appreciated that they allowed me to get into my room 3 hours before the official check-in time because it happened to be ready.
In general, the front desk staff were respectful and helpful.
The staff will only clean your room if you ask them to at the front desk. And one of the days when I asked to have it cleaned, they didn't clean it but did leave shampoo which I had also asked for.
The front desk wasn't available one time when I called at night--- the phone just rang and rang.
There are two internet networks: the unsecured one always gives a warning message about how someone could be trying to obtain one's data. Use the one with a key (i.e., the secured one) and the access code is on the paper envelope to the key card.
Both my roommate and I had our key cards not work at different times and we had to go get them rekeyed at the front desk.
I had been thinking about doing the buffet on Saturday morning but it turned out it was not available. I later saw it was offered to military people staying at the hotel but not to regular guests. I think this was atypical though; there were a bunch of young men staying at the hotel who'd just gotten back from serving in the military abroad.

It was clean, the roof top was nice. I liked that you needed a key to get to the floors on elevator, the staff was very nice and friendly
The location wasn't the the best, not much of a view and the Parking was expensive for the price they should offer free parking
