Good location, clean rooms, and staff were helpful when had an issues with the air conditioning which they fixed very quickly.

I loved the room the size was perfect, wish I had a room on the other side of the hotel. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room. I can say I slept well.
I didn't like my view. There was nothing to see but other rooms. I would've like to have been on the other side of the hotel with a view. Nothing else.

We arrived around 2 in the afternoon. They told me that I didn't need to check in because they had problems with the place and that I should come back at 4. I arrived and they notified me that I wouldn't be able to enter the room until after 6, which was a problem because we had an event at 5. The girl at the front desk was nice and said that we could cancel the reservation without charging anything and I said okay, I had even already taken the valet parking. She said that we didn't have to pay for it. I hope that's true, but other than that, I have nothing else to say about this place.

The brass spinning doors
Valet was sketchy, no one offered to help with my bags upon arrival nor departure, the front desk staff in the evening were not welcoming, the elevator was small and rocky, the hallway smelled of smoke, the room was very ill equipped, I started to have an allergic reaction soon as I got into the room from either mold or an animal, the bathroom was very old and was not cleaned properly, the shower did not drain well, the sink was rusty, there is a curtain for the closet door, the furniture was very worn

Some things need updating: showers/tubs, doors don't shut well, always needed to be double checked that it closed.
