Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Reasonable location in the downtown area and walkable to the harbour. Metro/Light railway nearby.
Awful lighting; next to no natural light as the one small window in the room I was given looks out into an alley with another large building opposite. Even the room light and lamps were not really sufficient to give the place a light feel. Although the room was large and there was extensive desk top space, very little of it was usable due to the tv, lamps, and a microwave. The worst thing was that for two days, despite having the note on my door for maid service, they did not visit my room; no replacement towels, no restocking of miniature toiletries etc. I had to request this from the front desk and unfortunately, when someone did attend the room, they did not speak English and it was difficult to obtain from them the required supplies. The bathroom was also a bit grimy: not unclean per se, just, aged, and in need of an overhaul.
