Disappointing
The location was great to be downtown! walking was easy !
The bathrooms were not a great experience! The showers are beyond outdated and the shower leaked causing our floor to flood. I do feel you could get an updated Tv at Least for what you are paying and lastly with the hotel was completely PACKED and with 19 floors only 3 elevators worked out of 5. Meaning you are waiting in line for a while just got get to the elevator then have to wait for all the floor stops .

Very beautiful very historic. Everything is brass. Very convenient bar and dining area.
It was a little cool in our room. The heat wasn’t very warm.

The location was great for getting to the Inner Harbor and the Sports arenas and stadium as well as some nice restaurants.
The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The workout room could use some upgrades on equipment. The Bar should stay open later.
I live locally and I was looking for a nice hotel close to everything, I have stayed here in the past, if 30 years ago counts. I was there for a sporting event. The hotel met all of my expectations.

Location
I was extremely disappointed with the state of the room I was given. It was messy with stains and wetness in the bathroom as I walked in. Furthermore staff were rude and not helpful which was disappointing too. Not a great start to the stay and it didn’t get much better as the room next to me had a door connected to mine and they were very sexual and loud. Heater also was very temperamental and not working properly.
