I liked that it was walking distance from the arena
I didn’t like the street parking. I didn’t like that my 1st room was not cleaned properly. I didn’t like that my 2nd room that I was moved to was also not cleaned properly. There were gummy bears on the floor I assumed from the previous person that stayed and the toilet was so filthy. There were large holes in the walls and it smelled very bad

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single employee I encountered was 10/10—helpful, kind, and amazing. They are the only reason I am giving this any stars at all.
Cons: Where do I start? This hotel is a complete catfish. Every photo posted online is fake or extremely outdated. I chose this location because it was close to the arena for a concert, but I quickly realized I made a huge mistake by not checking the reviews first.
The hotel is located in a very dangerous area. There is a liquor store across the street where people hang out 24/7 gambling, blasting music, and engaging in illegal activity. I was too afraid to leave the building; I stayed barricaded in my room the entire time.
Inside is just as bad. The hotel allows drug users to loiter in the hallways and elevators. I had a terrifying encounter in the elevator with a man who was clearly under the influence, barefoot, with a bleeding wound on his face. The entire building smells like heavy weed smoke. I actually woke up in the middle of the night having a nocturnal panic attack because the room across from me was throwing a loud party and the smoke was seeping into my room.
The cleanliness is nonexistent. I stayed for three days and never received room service once. I was left with only one large and one small towel for my entire stay. The ice machines are so nasty I wouldn’t touch them, and while they offer "free breakfast," I didn't trust the hygiene enough to even try it.
I take accountability for not reading the reviews and choosing this place solely for its proximity to the arena.
I honestly do not know how this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

The rooms smelt funny. The front door didn’t work half of the time. Cops were there about some lady having a random guy in her room while her kids were in there. Absolutely trashy.
