The room was great the elevators went out in the morning had to use all the stairs
The customer service was poor the communication between the two men was horrible I called because I was out of town for my dads funeral and the man told me on the phone that I didn’t have to pay an 100 $ fee I was call to assure that and he said no ma’am that’s not something you pay I got there and the man was so nasty at the front and the other one that told me that on the phone was right there and I said he told me that over the phone it was just a mess

They charged a refundable deposit at check in that after crediting back to my card at check out they cancelled the refund and charged me. Disputing the charge with my bank. The parking was sketchy, homeless people begging for money. The elevator was broke. They did not tell me they was charging another $100 deposit but I understand it was for incidentals, we didn’t even use anything in the room but the bed to sleep.. left early. Didn’t stay for breakfast. I called the hotel about the deposit not being refunded. They was not helpful telling me it was refunded but my bank said they cancelled the refund. I will never stay at this hotel again. Not familiar with the area so didn’t know prior how bad of an area it was. Don’t recommend it if you don’t look like you will blend with the type of people there. And the hotel will take extra money for no reason.
