Poor
The location was not in a safe area and ended up checking out early due to a roach in the room I was staying in. The elevator didn’t work.
I didn’t like having roaches in the room or the fact that the elevator didn’t work and having to carry all of the luggage up to the fourth floor. There was no parking lot to park my car in either.

Disappointing
Inside was cool,it wasn’t bad but the location, the block, the people hanging around the property makes it unappealing.
The surrounding area.

I did not like the property. The pictures online did not match what I saw. It was me and two other females and we felt very unsafe. We checked out an hour after we got there and explained it to the receptionist. The receptionist apologized and said he would speak with management about a refund. I have not heard anything back from them yet.
Location was not safe. People hanging around outside. No parking. It felt like a dangerous area.

Nothing. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
This place is putrid. I knew as soon as I walked in and saw crumbs and stains all over the couch in lobby. The night manager was the rudest person I’ve ever come across for a hotel and basically didn’t care when we asked for a room change due to the bed sheets being filthy and had crusty dried things stuck on them. The second room had cleaner linen but pubic hair all in the corners due to not being vacuumed properly. He also made us feel stupid for asking about the giant sign to arrange a shuttle bus and said they don’t offer that anymore. Take the sign down then instead of being annoyed with your guests for asking about it.
We were booked for 5 nights and left after 2 even though I knew I’d lose my money. It’s in a seedy part of the city so the outside is no improvement either. Stay here only if you have a death wish or don’t mind living in others filth
I’d also rather starve than have the free breakfast.
