Nothing. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
This place is putrid. I knew as soon as I walked in and saw crumbs and stains all over the couch in lobby. The night manager was the rudest person I’ve ever come across for a hotel and basically didn’t care when we asked for a room change due to the bed sheets being filthy and had crusty dried things stuck on them. The second room had cleaner linen but pubic hair all in the corners due to not being vacuumed properly. He also made us feel stupid for asking about the giant sign to arrange a shuttle bus and said they don’t offer that anymore. Take the sign down then instead of being annoyed with your guests for asking about it.
We were booked for 5 nights and left after 2 even though I knew I’d lose my money. It’s in a seedy part of the city so the outside is no improvement either. Stay here only if you have a death wish or don’t mind living in others filth
I’d also rather starve than have the free breakfast.

When checking in they do not provide you with any type of receipt of payment for the required deposit even when asked. I received the room key & went to the room which was not cleaned at all. There was food and trash all over & the bed was not made. I went back & they gave me another room which had been serviced but not well. We had a king bed with throw pillows not even standard bed size pillows. There is free breakfast however it was filthy dirty so we did not eat but asks for bottle water & was told if there is none out there then they don’t have any. They had orange juice and apple juice which was warm. The location is horrible and there were people gathered around the front all the time that would ask you for money or cigarettes every time you walked out the door. As a female it was scary. They were just loitering outside and not staying at the hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel with the staff with the cleaning very disappointed and if I could’ve left and got my money to go somewhere else I would have.

I couldn't even get out of the car. There was squad cars posted on all corners. Intoxicated men in the intersection on the steps of the hotel. Drug use in front of the building. I was traveling alone and I wasn't safe to even get out of the car. I called to cancel and a supervisor named Jason Lafom said I would not get a refund because it was the same day. How would I know the area is so crime infested that cop cars are literally posted on the corners? I'm not from there. To which he responded its my fault for trusting an online site to book a room. I don't even know if this is his real name. But if the calls are recorded like they say it's all there. I've advised everyone I know to stay off this site as it's not trustworthy. And they still took my money and tried to take more. Terrible service not from the hotel but from booking.com.

Horrible. No hot water so I couldn’t take a shower last night, not this morning. The staff knew they had hot water issues and should have notified me when I arrived, I wouldn’t have booked.
There was no blankets or comforters, just sheets. The pillows were horrible and the room is dirty. Worst experience ever! The elevator smelled like weed and the room next to mine had two very loud dogs barking all night. I will never book this place again!
