The proximity to the event location.
The room was unsatisfactory. Peeling paint on the walls, the carpet had a nasty food stain. The headboard had a quarter inch of dust on the top. The smoke detector was not secured in the electrical box. The shower head did not have a mount, it was hanging by the hose. The soap dish was rusty. And the microwave was unbelievably filthy. The inside top looked burnt. Just disgusting.

The location did not resemble the picture - Trash and food laying on the ground in front of the entrance.

The food wasn't fresh after I went thru all that at the front desk lying and I paid double plus security deposit I ain't pay attention
The front desk lied and said my reservation was canceled and I end up getting charged double for the stay and still have not gotten my money back

The location was not in a safe area and ended up checking out early due to a roach in the room I was staying in. The elevator didn’t work.
I didn’t like having roaches in the room or the fact that the elevator didn’t work and having to carry all of the luggage up to the fourth floor. There was no parking lot to park my car in either.

Wonderful
Eh thought it was going to be better and different but didn't like it at all plus we can't take it back to our rooms that's lame.. should've went else where but i also enjoyed my stay. breakfast is just a big part for me that's all.
