The room was clean. And customer service was very professional
Did not have a spread or blanket? It was a little chilly in the room. But the biggest disappointment was the shower , which had a poor stream of water coming out and you can feel a drift that was coming from the window right next to the shower.

Main door couldnt lock, Fridge had a bad smell was barely working, shower water was warm, got harrased outside,breakfast was like two days old. Surely waw an experience i truly dont recommend unless desperate for somewhere to sleep.

Check in went smoothly, neighborhood is a little rough but right downtown close to amenities, staff were nice.
Wifi non-functional, mattress and sheets were stained. Other issues for me were secondary, including that the furniture was broken, paint peeling, dust in corners, shower knob coming off. One of the GFCI wall sockets by the sink was stuck as tripped. TV had a menu that kept popping up and was burned into the screen.

The front desk lied and said my reservation was canceled and I end up getting charged double for the stay and still have not gotten my money back

Very Poor
No a damn thing
They charged my card 2 times. I informed them. They denied it. I should them the 2 payments in my account. They caused my account to over draft. They still have not refunded my money. Even after they got one of the payments. Called customer service. Was told the do handel billing each hotel is owned privately. And the take care of there own billing. I still dont have a refund.
