Pleasant
Room was clean
The pool was very small and the bar was terrible, it took 25 minutes to get our drinks , the bar tender was nice but very overwhelmed and I couldn’t get 2 drinks that were on the menu because they were out of it

Poor
The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy. The location was nice.
The ac in our room would not go below 72 degrees. We called the front desk and they said they were sending someone but no one came. It was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Good
Proximity to attractions. Flavored water and lemonade in lobby.
Trouble with parking upon checkout. Parking tag was not "activated". Had to call front desk to assist. Took some time. They said we could leave car and go to kiosk to activate. Never told we had to activate Parking tag. Front desk finally "activated" tag remotely.
Asked if we wanted print or email receipt. Requested email. Email receipt was never sent and caused above issue with leaving Parking garage with no proof of reservation.

Good
The design, staff and amenities were great.
Property needs repairs, numerous broken blinds in room, poor ventilation in hallways. Air conditioning was not working in room, could not cool below 75 degrees. Loud street bikes all night long outside hotel.

Poor
Location and friendly staff in Bistro 3, Valet, and front desk.
A/C was not working properly in mid-July. We woke up sweating at 3am, and requested to change rooms. New room was cooler the first night but also woke up sweating the second night. They closed off the pool area for a private event, which was a huge disappointment for my family. They should have had a sign letting us know that in the morning (we visited the pool to see the facilities) so we could plan accordingly.

Jen and Kiana were such a great help! The rooftop experience was beautiful
the 3rd party parking security due to 4th of July, but Jen and Kiana squared it away

Very Good
Stayed in room 1224 as an upgrade. Very clean and comfortable. The view was excellent, interesting hotel layout, beautiful, expansive conference floor.
Garage next door is poorly lit. Needs a more regular cleaning and the elevator waiting area needs deep cleaning and better lighting.
