Arrived 1st night individual heater not contolled by thermastat on. Called to turn off nobody came. Next day turned off but took all day to cool room

The good points are Pedro from maintenance was super fast & friendly fixing a problem. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Bistro 300 food was very good.The view from our room was amazing room 946.
To start the lady at front desk was super rude checking us in. We got to room & our toilet was broke. Then our shower handle fell off. The sky bridge is no longer at facility which was the reason we stayed at hotel so super disappointed. Beds are uncomfortable room furniture needs updating. The market (gift shop) has almost nothing in it.
