The staff was so polite and helpful
The breakfast was really good
The sitting area near the pool and gym was beautiful
The room had red stains on the wall and floor
The ice machine was really loud next to my room
The pool temperature was extremely cold
The valet parking was too expensive; meter parking on the street was more reasonable

The sofa bed was not really comfortable for adults and in the future with 4 person occupancy I will insist on double bed rooms

Location was great, complimentary Breakfast, easy non valet parking right behind building for $5, quiet at night, great city views, right about the block from little italy, also restaurants left and right walking distance
The night audit pre authorization charges, they are fall but still.
