The location to Little Italy, Fells Point & Harbor East was perfect…parked the SUV & didn’t need it until check out!!! The Valet was awesome & so we’re the front desk staff, etc…

Sofa bed had a nasty stain i even tried to clean others complained of sofa stains in their rooms otherwise great place just sofa beds need upgrades

Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was good too.
The shower wash gel and conditioner. The soap was so watered down it just wouldn't even create any soap. And the conditioner felt like it was filled up with a very very cheap brand like Vo5 or suave. It took so much just to get through my hair. Ive stayed at other hyatts and it was not like that. I will be bringing my own next time.
