Only one elevator in use. Renovations to parking lot made parking a challenge at times.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t available & it didn’t say on the website that the pool wasn’t available. I was looking forward to getting in the pool because of the heat & that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel

Horrible location....homeless people throughout the area, on a busy/loud main street, pool was not available, "under construction" with no mention in this during reservation, cleaning people Very Loud in the morning, super loud ice maker on the 3rd floor......but room was clean & comfortable and nice breakfast spread......(for the most part). Just a very shady/bad area....and you can't really do much about that.
All above in my comments....due to bad location, the price should probably be a little lower....in my opinion. And why have a pool if it's "under construction" which I hardly believe is the reason for it being closed....in 90-100 degree summer???!!!

The main credit goes to the staff of this hotel - at the reception we were greeted by chill and friendly guys, my issue with a room was solved immediately by offering another room, with no fuss, just a super quick and efficient solution. We also had to check out early due to a change in our flight, this was sorted out without any problem too, we were even refunded for a night when we were not there.
Cudos to amazing staff
The room was simple but spotless, quite big, and not worn out. The bathroom was also spotless, very bright, everything looked brand new
Location - unfortunately not good at all.
Breakfast ended quite early, we were too tired to get up for it

The location was the only perk to staying here
First we both have leg issues and can't do steps well. The elevator was broken and had to carry all luggage up to the second floor. It listed having a pool that was not open. They have us a room( that the maintenance man told us the door did not work) Everytime we came back to the room. Our key would not work to let us in. When calling them. They kept saying we had to go to the desk to get new keys most miserable place we have stayed in Baltimore.

I loved how the staff were very attentive, very friendly and helpful, big spacious hotel and the breakfast and ambiance was exceptional !! The receptionist was stupendous, she helped me so much !!! I can’t wait to stay again, let me not forget the decor and lighting, so if you are a content creator, you have great lighting and a beautiful room to film content !!!
