The fact that you sent a survey for a hotel that was a homeless shelter and did not figure out we re-booked after we arrived to no hotel just demonstrates the lack of attention to detail.

THERE IS NO PROPERTY HERE. THIS IS CURRENTLY A HOMELESS SHELTER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP ON RECEIVING A REFUND AND GOT NO HELP IN GETTING A NEW PROPERTY. LADY THAT ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL HAS NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT AND NO ONE ELSE IS IN OFFICE FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO.

Perfect location. Walk right across the street to the Casino. Super comfy beds and linen. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good FREE breakfast! Room 433 great city view.

We stay here to get to the ravens game quickly. And I also stay here because they give you a free breakfast. But that was a disappointment this year.
Ive stayed here in the past and the breakfast used to be better I really was disappointed in the breakfast. No coffee in the containers. Nothing seemed hot. That was my only disappointment in the whole place.
