I didn't like that house keeping didn't wait until 11am. I thought the maid was super rude for no reason at like 10:15 pretty much wanted me out of the room. Given the problems of the night before with not having the rooms together I guess I understand

Staff was friendly and helpful. The view we had from our room was fantastic! The room was also pretty clean. Overall satisfied with the hotel.
Nothing. But if you want a hotel with free breakfast, this hotel does not have it.

The location of the hotel!
Not a happy camper at this moment!!! Checking in was horrible. Knowing that the weekend there was going to be a very busy one, this place was very under staffed. They initially could not find my reservation. Thank God I had my booking.com confirmation. There were only two elevators and one of those was down. I checked out and realized that I left an expensive watch on my bed. I contacted the property immediately. The front desk person was very rude and told me that she was busy. She attempted to connect me with housekeeping but to not avail. I was hung up on once. There was not supervisor available. I called back several times. The front desk could not even tell me if the room #425 was cleaned as of yet. Whomever cleaned my room found a watch on the bed. Very dishonest and not good business!!! Keep in mind, I am a HIlton Honors member....Horrible experience

I was extremely disappointed by this hotel.
Upon checking in, my booking could not be found because they wrote my name wrong. Then the staff informed me to walk to the restaurant to grab a menu in order to order food to my room. After that, the food staff refused to answer the phone which aggravated myself and my family. The hotel was all in all a complete disaster, our room smelled like alcohol and throw up.
The worst part of it all is that after flying for 10 hours with 4 kids and 12 pieces of luggage none of the staff decided to help us with the luggage and they choose to just watch us struggle.

The hotel was very nice. Until you got to the carpeted area just outside of the elevators leading over to the hotel front desk. There is a terrible black carpet spill about 8 feet long and 3 feet wide what is a bad eye sore.
That carpet stain it was unavoidable and made the hotel appear not to be well cared for . They should have replaced the stain or had a company to dye the carpet.

This was my 5th stay at this location because the location to Fells Point, Harbor, is great. You can walk right outside and everything is there.
Unfortunately I couldnt believe how bad this property has gone down in just a year. Things happen but the carpet when you walk to the elevators looked like a large dead animal had been dragged over it 10X!, one of the elevators didnt work, the air in our room never cut off, never and the coolest it got was 79, the light on the wall in the bathroom was literally hanging down and how you clean the bathroom and dont report that or the hot room etc says a lot. For $20-30 more you can stay at another hotel around the corner. It will be worth it. Great location and its sad management has allowed this to happen.
