Great location. Clean, spacious room
Public, garage parking is pricy. No valet option. Also, this is super trivial but gets on my nerves when I travel..... put a towel hook or rack within reach of the shower!!!! There's one on the back of the door, but unless you have the wingspan of a pterodactyl, you can't reach it lol

Area of the city seemed safe, staff at curbside when we pulled up were very friendly and helpful. Room was average, nothing spectacular, had view of Camden Yards which we paid for in our booking. Not worth the price in my opinion this time of year, might have been worth it had there been a baseball game going on.
Parking payment system was very confusing and the entry/reentry not so clear. When leaving the staff at the garage argued I’d have to pay for additional day until we asked for a supervisor who handled it. Also, you could hear police sirens happening on the street in the room even up on the 18th floor.

Location is excellent for game night or inner harbor.
Cost per night, surge pricing def in effect at this location. Problem is price doesn't match quality. 5 star price for 3 star experience.

The location was awesome. A great vibe and the staff was very helpful when needed.
The beds were way too hard and had to ask for room to be cleaned. The last night there we had to ask for towels because our room was skipped by housekeeping.

Great location close to the ballpark and access to other areas tourists want to go. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Appreciated the complimentary water.
Felt ripped off by the breakfast - I know hotel breakfasts are expensive, so that's not what I'm complaining about - but your staff did not make it at all clear when showing us around the breakfast area that the cold/continental portion was one price and the hot buffet was another price (and everything was right together so it didn't look like two different breakfast situations), and the sign outside the breakfast area wasn't clear enough that there were two prices either. I only got one small thing off the hot breakfast and definitely would not have done so had I known I would pay an extra $10 for breakfast for my one piece of (cold, not even good) "chef's special" french toast. The cold breakfast options were actually great and I would have been very happy there alone had I known it was cheaper!

Great hotel. Clean, modern and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was good too. Location to Camden Yards was incredible....will definitely be back!

The location was great for downtown and the inner harbor area. Our room rate included breakfast which was very good - I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked omelette.
The foyer and bar area felt a little souless and there were only ever 2 people serving at the bar despite the hotel being busy with guests for a conference and a game.

We were in town for a baseball game, and we got one of the rooms with a view of the stadium. It was nice to be able to just walk across the street to get to the game.
It's a huge hotel, and there isn't that unique and intimate feeling I like, but the location made up for it.

We came to attend an Orioles game. The location was literally steps away from the stadium. Which was great for someone with mobility issues. When returning from the hot game entering into the cool lobby was so refreshing. Also upon arrival checking in staff was friendly. The complimentary bottle of water helped from our two hour ride. Lobby has a cafe the serves Starbucks coffee. Convenient to grab on our way out.
The price of water in the vending machine and in the cafe was $3.75! That was ridiculous for a bottle of water. If you don’t pre pay for your parking before entering you end up paying a higher price.
