The layout of the hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a variety of food. The location of the hotel had many places for food near by. I felt safe with having my children with me since you needed a room key for the elevator to work.
There wasn’t much information when it came to parking and I ended up paying $75 for parking for overnight. The pool was small and not heated. The pool water was so cold some of us didn’t go in the pool and some could on stay in for a few minutes. This was highly disappointing since it was a large reason I chose this hotel off of the photos. My kids were looking forward to swimming and they couldn’t enjoy themselves. The room wasn’t completely clean. We found garbage and balloons under the bed. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. There were fake eyelashes all over the shower and bathroom.

It was all good, but the refrigerator in the room had a clear glass door, so the light was on all the time. You don’t need any lights at night.
Also, the bathroom vanity has the weakest lights. You can’t put on makeup.????

Loved the quiet room, helpful staff, and we were able to walk to so many places worth visiting.
The room information online stayed the room had a microwave which was incorrect.

Close to everything. Our room was so nice. The breakfast was amazing. I have been to several hotels that offer the free breakfast and none compared to this. Gustavo the server went above and beyond to accommodate us!!!

Everything was horrible. The pool was closed did not say so on the website. Had to pay $50.00 to park my vehicle by valet. Also not stated on the website. TV didnt work in my room was told there is no maintenance employees available so had to move to another room. Had no personal hygiene products for the if you forgot something we got it for you. Breakfast was un able to eat because the only hot eggs that were made and at the section were omelets made with ham. Asked if there was anything else or a way I could get hot eggs without ham was told no we made eggs without ham yesterday so we aint doi g that today. Room i got moved too bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Toilet seat was falling off the toilet where my girlfriend almost fell off soon. She used the restroom plug did not work in tub could not soak in tub and take a bath. There was no vending machines only acces to snacks was at the front desk which was iber priced at $5.00 for a candy bar $8.00 for a 8oz redbull. Ice machine in my floor did not work had to go to lower levels to get ice. All around horrible experience

I loved almost all of the workers support. Very kind, happy, and helpful.
Check out was not so good. And upon the request for my car from valet it took almost a hour to get my car. I asked the attendant and he said the system said my car was fine and he would go get it right away. He did and he was very helpful. It was nice to have warm breakfast, not great food, just okay.

Breakfest. Sausage patties were like cardboard, could not even cut them, no bacon, oatmeal was VERY watery. Would have been nice to have some more choices for food and not always have to have "turkey" sausage/bacon as the only choice. Would have also liked to see just scrambled eggs instead of an omlet (which was cold)

The staff were nice and liked the key only access on the elevator!!! Loved having valet parking.
Booked for the pool and it was closed for our stay. They said it would be ready by the morning of checkout and then asked the morning of and they said it’s gonna be out for a week. The location is kind of sketchy outside of the hotel.
