The location was great for us. It was close enough to be able to walk to get something to eat or drink. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was right near the venue we were visiting. Continental breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable, and hotel room was beautiful
I could hear the guests’ kids screaming across the hall from us. Parking should be included in your stay.

Many of the plugs in the room didn’t work, iron didn’t work, hotel poorly maintained, door locked at 6 pm indicated neighborhood wasn’t safe, single comfortable chair had no light, breakfast was terrible, too salty;

the staff were really nice.
the rooms are old, the carpet looks dirty, definitely not worth the value I paid. The area of the hotel is not the best. I would not recommend it.

Best location! We were so close to the aquarium and the harbor ships. Beautiful decor! Comfortable quiet room. Breakfast was delicious. The city of Baltimore was also very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, indoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. Staff were also attentive, friendly, and helpful.
To me, the bed was not comfortable. Too firm for my back and my oldest daughter, but my husband and middle daughter disagreed! Also, at 4:55am one morning, there was a false alarm which scared the daylights out of us. We didn’t have to evacuate, thankfully, but the alarm was super loud and startling. Not sure what caused it to set off.
