Perfect location.
Extremely lackluster staff. From the guy at check-in behind the desk that never got out of slow motion.
The Valet were nice people, but it took 35 minutes to get my car with no one in front of me . They told me when it is busy during checkout the wait for valet as well over an hour.
They also automatically had me charged for two nights of parking which was over $90 and I only stayed one night. They corrected it for me, but I easily could’ve paid for two days.
Lastly, 30 minutes after we had left I called the front desk because I left my prescription sunglasses in our room . Obviously very dumb of me-but I was hoping they could’ve gotten them for me. I told him I would send a prepackaged envelope for them to send them back.
Never received a callback from them .
All in all your staff let me down and I’m out a $200 pair of glasses.

The staff was so nice! We were greeted by the kindest lady who was able to accommodate us being a little early. I asked if there was a room with a view and we got one, Camden Yards and also we could see ravens stadium! My mother and I brought my father for a game so it was perfect. The location was amazing. Street below was great, was able to eat down below before the game and walk right over.
The girl who was working the valet parking was super kind!
My father is in a wheelchair and I had no issues navigating him around.
Only one elevator was working. Not such a big deal. Other than that I have no complaints!

Great location near Camden Yards. Clean and quiet with a large breakfast spread. The waffle maker is amazing.
The gym is not 24 hours. The staff are not the friendliest, although some are excellent.

Location was great. Staff was great. It was very busy because of game day, but the staff was working hard to accommodate everyone.
