We were in Baltimore for a baseball game at Camden Ysrds. Perfect location. Right across the street from! Staff were wonderful.
I’m gluten intolerant and there were really no options for me at breakfast.

Loved the distance from the front door of the hotel to a gate to gain access to Camden Yards.
First thing that irritated us was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:15 a.m. to see if we were getting ready to check out. When I stated we will check out by the appropriate time they just nodded and left. Then, at 11:00 a.m., the same housekeeper knocked on our door and asked, again, if we were going to check out soon. I repeated what I said to her at 9:15 and added that i would appreciate it if she didn't knock on our door again. The toilet took many times to flush. When I was showering, the water cut completely off. After about 30 seconds, it came back on. Additionally, valet didn't register our car license plate so a half hour into our stay, I received a text that I was going to be charged $55. This charge was seperate from what the hotel was charging. This required me having to take time to speak with the valet manager to ensure I wasnt going to be double charged. Lastly, the front desk clerk took "notes" of my complaints and stated he was going to forward the concerns to management. I do not believe him. I very rarely write reviews. I felt this time it is my duty to warn future hotel guests.

I loved being directly across from the baseball stadium!! Wish that parking was not so high! 65$!!! Also, wish that they had on site parking! The breakfast was pretty good. Except items were not replenished at breakfast.
There was an R rated movie Queer was playing in the lobby where there was a nude pornagraphic scene and small children around 6 or 7 were present watching!

Location was good, customer service was great.
My charges on Booking.com was $307, but when I arrived to pay at the hotel it jump up to $357. I have never had to pay a different price in all my time reserving through Booking.com. Also a fee of $100 per night was added for incidentals. I don’t mind paying the fee but atleast it would be good to know that up front. Also valet parking showed $40 per night, but when I arrived it was $45 per night. Basically the stay was good except for pricing that was not correct or either wrong.

They could use more than 1 waffle maker at breakfast. The waffle station gets very backed up.

Parking was very confusing at first. The price of parking You dont get till the end of your stay. My room didn't have a microwave. Staff don't really know as much as they should. I got alot of i don't knows
